Recently, information system researchers have begun to<br \/>\nfocus on how a user\u2019s identities\u2014their internalization of cultural meaning\u2014can affect adoption and use of<br \/>\ntechnology, but identification with technology may also impact its development. This proposed study will<br \/>\nexamine the ways in which worker identification with the technological outcome of a project might affect<br \/>\nrisk behavior, and will include digital game development as a highly salient context.
